We are excited to welcome you to the MCM AW25 For Cyber-Galactic Nomads & Their Pet Companions pop-up at Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa! To help us deliver the best experience for everyone, please review the following:

• Each General Admission registration admits: 1 adult guest (18+), OR 1 adult + 1 child (under 18), OR 1 adult + 1 dog.
• If attending with both a child and a dog, please register for two General Admission tickets.
• Kindly ensure that the number of registrations corresponds accurately with the number of guests and/or pets attending.
• Entry is valid only for individuals whose details match the registration. MCM Singapore and Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa reserve the right to refuse entry if registration details do not align with the attending party.
• Each valid registration includes access to a curated set of event activities, including: entry into the MCM Lucky Draw, complimentary ice cream for guests and pup-friendly frozen yoghurt, participation in the MCM Animal Article Adoption supporting local animal welfare group Voices For Animals (VFA) Singapore, a journey through the MCM Fragrance Collection, and a preview of the MCM Autumn/Winter 2025 Collection and MCM x RAWROW collaboration.
• Please present your confirmation email (digital or printed) upon arrival.
• For a smooth and enjoyable experience, all guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow all onsite instructions provided by the event organisers and venue staff.

👶 Child Guidelines:

We are delighted to welcome your little explorers to the MCM experience! To help ensure a fun and safe environment for all, please keep in mind the following:

• Each valid registration allows entry for 1 child (under 18), when accompanied by a registered adult.
• Children must be supervised at all times by their accompanying adult, especially in shared spaces with pets.
• While this is a pet-friendly event, it is held in a public setting – please keep your child close and safe in all areas.
• Each child will enjoy their own ice cream serving at our Dog-Friendly Ice Cream Bar.
• Children are not eligible for the fragrance experience or lucky draw. These are reserved for adult guests only.
• Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the behaviour and wellbeing of their child(ren) throughout the event.

🐾 Pet Guidelines:

We are thrilled to host your furry companions! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests – both two- and four-legged – please give your attention to the following:

• Only dogs are officially supported at this event. Other pets (e.g., cats or small animals) are welcome with prior notice, but facilities and programming are not tailored to them.
• Dogs must always remain on leash, except during your booked pet photography session.
• If your dog tends to feel anxious or overwhelmed in social environments, we strongly recommend bringing a secure pet carrier. Carriers may be set aside during your photo session.
• Pet Photography Sessions by TRB & Co. are strictly by registration only. Only guests with confirmed bookings will be entitled to participate.
• There are no separate pet zones. Please only bring pets that are well-socialised and comfortable in shared spaces with other people and animals.
• Only 1 dog per registered adult is permitted to help ensure safe supervision.
• All pets must be in good health, up to date on core vaccinations, and free from contagious conditions.
• MCM and Amara reserve the right to deny entry to animals displaying aggressive behaviour or visible signs of illness.
• Pet owners are fully responsible for managing their pet’s behaviour and must clean up after their animals immediately.
• While not required, microchipping and licensing in accordance with AVS (Animal & Veterinary Service) guidelines are strongly encouraged.

* Note on Treats: Pup-safe frozen yoghurt will be served at our ice cream bar – it is formulated especially for dogs and not suitable for cats or other animals. If you are planning to bring a non-canine pet, we will do our best to accommodate, but please note the event is primarily designed for dogs.
