Is there age restriction to this event?

Yes. The minimum age to attend is 18 years old - IDs will be checked upon entry and re-entry into the venue.

Food & Beverages

Strictly NO outside food & beverages are allowed in the venue. Only plain water is permitted.

Are re-entries allowed?

Re-entries are allowed, based on capacity of the venue. Proof of ticket purchase and registration must be presented.

Are seats available in this event?

Seats are available in the standing pit area and outside the venue on a first-come-first-served basis. If you would like to purchase a seated ticket instead, please refer to "Seated tickets information" in the FAQ.

Seated area tickets will be prioritised for audience with medical condition(s) and/or require special assistance. *Disclaimer: The seated area is a fully restricted view with only a TV livestream view available.

Door Gifts

All online-purchased tickets come with the following: entry wristband, earplugs, stickers. Complimentary gifts are subject to availability for door-sales.

Door sales

Door sales will be available for standing tickets from 4.30pm onwards , on a first-come-first served basis if the venue has not reached its maximum capacity. There will be a 25% increase in price for all standing ticket types.

Bag checks

To ensure the safety of our performers, crew and fellow concert attendees, a bag check will be conducted prior to entry. This rule applies for re-entries.
