Do I need to purchase a ticket if I just want to attend the Fundraising Flea?

Accepted Answer

You are not required to purchase a ticket if you are only visiting the flea! However, flea attendees may only stay at the Alicia Community Centre for a maximum of 45 minutes, to prevent overcrowding.

Why are ticket prices higher on Eventbrite?

Accepted Answer

Eventbrite takes a small percentage of ticket sales as an administrative fee. We apologise for this!

Question 3

I bought a ticket to the movie marathon, but I'm early! Can I lepak before the marathon starts?

Accepted Answer

Of course! We encourage folks to explore the Alicia Community Centre and engage with the community we are building. However, in the event of overcrowding during the Flea, please note that you might be asked to leave - we'll see you later!

Question 4

I do not want to watch every movie featured. Am I allowed to leave early?

Accepted Answer

Yes! There are 20-minute intermissions between each film, you may choose to leave during this time. Please note that no one is allowed to leave as the movies are playing to avoid distraction - let's practice cinema etiquette!

Question 5

Can we bring snacks?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we highly encourage you to do so! Please remember to dispose your wrappers and food packaging responsibly before leaving the premises. If you have any extra snacks, we would love for you to donate them to the Alicia Community Centre's open pantry!
