How will I know where I should report for the first bar?

Accepted Answer

We will inform you on your starting bar via email before the event.

Please ensure your email is keyed in correctly and to check your Spam folder. If you do not receive an email by Monday, March 24 at 11:59pm, please reach out to us directly at faye.lu@timeout.com.

Question 2

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Accepted Answer

We will not be catering to dietary restrictions as we are serving tapas or sharing portions for the entire group. We seek your kind understanding.

Question 3

Can I get additional drinks or food?

Accepted Answer

Due to time constraints, we do not recommend ordering any more than what is provided.

Question 4

My friends and I purchased tickets separately. How can I ensure I am grouped with my friends?

Accepted Answer

Please allocate one person to purchase tickets for the entire group and we will try our best to accommodate.

However, we cannot guarantee groupings as it is subject to availability capped at 8 per group. We highly recommend purchasing tickets early for a higher chance of being grouped together.

Question 5

I am a Person With Disability (PWD). Am I able to take part?

Accepted Answer

Some bars will have restricted accessibility (e.g., staircase with no lift access). Therefore, we do not encourage PWDs to take part.

Question 6

I can no longer make it for the event. Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

We will not be issuing refunds. However, if you have a valid reason (e.g., being medically unwell), you may transfer your ticket to someone else.

Please inform us at faye.lu@timeout.com with details of your replacement (full name, DOB, email address, contact number).
