Stepping into our cages on the 22nd of March is none other than Interstellar Funk. One of Amsterdam’s finest selectors, Olf van Elden’s deep catalogue of tracks stems in part from his years of working at the influential and eclectic records store in Rush Hour.&nbsp; He’s also held residencies at staple underground spots in the capital, namely Trouw and De School. Renowned for putting dancers into a trance, van Elden does it without strictly staying within the realms of club-ready tracks – layering synth-based textures, ambient music, and effervescent beats throughout his sets. Whether it’s at festivals like Dekmantel and Paradigm or club appearances at RSO.BERLIN and Fuse, he always finds the right recipe for dancers to surrender their minds and bodies. With diverse releases on labels such as L.I.E.S., Berceuse Heroique, Rush Hour, Dekmantel, and his very own in Artificial Dance, van Elden is just as adept as a producer.
