Reserved Seating guarantees you a specific table, which will be held for you until 7:30 PM. Any unseated reserved tables will be released.

Free Seating means you will be assigned a table upon your arrival, based on what is currently available. There is no guarantee of a specific table.

What is the $5 / $20 credit for?

Accepted Answer

Credits will be used to offset your bill at the end of the night. All unutilised credits are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

I want to come listen to music and will not be ordering any food and drinks at the event.

Accepted Answer

Our community partners have been wonderful in providing their space for this event, and we'd like to support them by encouraging attendees to order from their bar and kitchen. If you do not plan on ordering any food or drinks during the event, this may not be the right event for you.

My friends and I bought tickets separately. Can we change seats to be seated together at the event?

Accepted Answer

All purchased reserved seats are final. Switching of seats or tables is strictly not permitted, and the allocated seats are as assigned.

I can no longer make it for the event, can I get a refund for my ticket?

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.
