A Movement for Self-Care Wellbeing isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. Introducing SYNC. Festival, a brand-new event brought to you by Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore)! To be held at Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre on 6 July 2025, this family-friendly event encourages you to develop mindfulness, and pay more attention to caring for yourself and the Earth. Bond with your loved ones during the leisure Fam Walk or discover your rest profile at the SYNC. Village. Youths are also invited to take part in the stimulating seven-challenge Youth Quest. Do good while you’re enjoying yourself – all proceeds from the event will go towards funding charitable and sustainability initiatives. Every step you take not only nourishes your wellbeing but also supports those in need. -------------- YOUTH QUEST ($20) Attention young adults aged 15 to 35, are you ready for an exciting challenge? Step into an adrenaline-fueled adventure where you’ll navigate seven dynamic stations, each designed to test both your physical and mental strength, and how good you are at cracking clues, all while racing against the clock!Your 20s can be a whirlwind of uncertainty and challenges, often without clear support systems. But you’re not alone! Join 600 like-minded individuals, push your limits, and uncover your inner strength. You can take up the challenge alone or in a team of 4.For every kilometre completed, $10 will be donated to Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore). Bring your friends and family, enjoy a peaceful moment, and make a difference—one step at a time. -------------- SYNC. VILLAGE Start your journey with our personalised rest quiz to discover your unique rest needs, then explore engaging village activities designed just for you. Dive into immersive experiences that highlight the seven essential types of rest – from creative to sensory, helping you recharge and restore your balance.Along the way, discover simple yet powerful ways to nurture your well-being in daily life. Before you leave, choose a meaningful phrase as a personal reminder to prioritise rest and self-care beyond the festival.
