Jocelyn Chia is a lawyer-turned-comedian originally from Singapore, now (mostly) based in New York City. A regular at top comedy clubs including the legendary Comedy Cellar and Gotham Comedy Club, she has been featured in Vulture, The New York Times, CNN, BBC, South China Morning Post, Her World, The Straits Times, and The Independent UK. She has been named one of Singapore’s top comedians by Buro., ranked the #1 comedian in Singapore by both Best in Singapore and Simibest, and was signed by Warner Music Singapore as their first non-musical artiste. Jocelyn’s TV and media appearances include the Howard Stern Channel on Sirius XM, MTV, AXS TV’s Gotham Comedy Live, Fox News Saturday Night, Gutfeld!, ABC, TMZ, Vice TV, Discovery+, and Comedy Central, where she made her debut in 2018. She regularly performs for companies such as Google, Netflix, Yahoo, and SingHealth, as well as at universities including NYU and Harvard. In the U.S., she is represented by Buchwald and managed by Roger Paul Inc. Internationally, she is managed by the Head of Live Nation (Asia-Pacific).
