Her style is all about no-nonsense, high-impact tracks that drive straight to the heart of techno, steering clear of passing fads and focusing on high-energy sounds at the cutting edge.With gigs at respected venues like Basement and Nowadays in New York, Movement Detroit, and Berghain, Dekmantel, Fuse Brussels and Draaimolen, Akua’s name keeps popping up wherever forward-thinking techno is celebrated.With deep knowledge in the history of the genre and a sharp ear for what's next, Akua’s skillful mixing and expanding collection of futureproof tracks have earned her the admiration of DJs and dancers across continents.
