Refund Policy

Please note that refunds for this event will only be issued on a case-by-case basis. Valid documentations (e.g. medical certificates, etc.) must be presented in order to be considered for a refund of up to 50% of the event fees (not including other platform fees).

Does my child need to have prior experience in singing or music?

Accepted Answer

No; Young Voices Day welcomes everyone and anyone, regardless of experience! :)

Question 3

What if my child has allergies or dietary restrictions?

This information will be collected upon checking out. Should you need to change anything, please reach out to us at voscc@voicesofsingapore.com and we will assist you further.

Question 4

Am I allowed to pack my own food for my child?

Accepted Answer

We understand that all children have different needs, and the importance of having a great lunch! Hence, singers are allowed to eat their own packed food. However, please note that the fee will remain unchanged at $30. Drop us an email at least 1 week before to inform us. Thank you!

Question 5

What happens if my child feels unwell during the event?

Accepted Answer

If the event your child feels unwell, our staff members on site will be there to help and you will be contacted. If they need to be brought home during the event, please note that no refunds will be provided.

Question 6

What should my child wear to Young Voices Day?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable clothing and covered shoes – movement is involved! As there will be a showcase at the end of the day, we kindly ask that dresses or bottoms be past their knees. For their safety, Heelies (or any other shoes with built-in wheels) and Crocs are not allowed.

Question 7

What should my child bring to Young Voices Day?

Accepted Answer

Just a small bag of essentials including a water bottle, prescribed medication (i.e. EpiPen, inhalers, etc. if required), and other personal belongings. Workshop materials will be provided by us on the day itself!
