Unfortunately, lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. Please keep your tickets safe.

Can I buy tickets at the door / box office on event day?

Tickets may be available at the door unless the event is sold out. Please refer to the ticketing page for live availability.

Can I exit and re-enter?

Re-entry is generally not permitted unless otherwise stated on the event page. Don’t worry, the Event is well stocked with food and drinks, and we are equipped with sufficient washrooms, a first aid station and other necessary amenities on site.

What forms of ID do you accept?

Valid photo IDs: NRIC, Passport, Work Passes/Student Pass/Dependent Pass. Digital or photocopied IDs are accepted if valid on the event date. IDs may be required for entry or alcohol purchase/consumption, and failure to present valid ID may result in denied entry without refund.

Essential items: Ticket(s), Valid photo ID, Cash or debit/credit card(s), Mobile phone, Empty, unsealed plastic reusable water bottle (no glass/metal), Good vibes (remember to eat, hydrate, and enjoy yourself).  Please ensure you do NOT bring items listed in the “Prohibited Items” section below.

This event offers a selection of beverage only. Payment options on-site: Cash, credit/debit card (payWave), and PayNow are accepted.

Are there lockers or storage facilities at the event?

No. There are no lockers or storage facilities at the venue. Travel light and review the “What to Bring” and “Prohibited Items” sections.

Can I smoke at the event?

Smoking is permitted within the designated smoking areas. The use of e-cigarettes and other forms of vaporisers is strictly not allowed. Anyone caught vaping by the authorities will be fully responsible for the penalty imposed.

Yes. All guests are subject to bag checks and security screening. Please arrive early.

IMPORTANT: Refer to "Additional T&Cs" when you purchase your tickets. The Organiser and Event staff will not keep safe any prohibited/disallowed/confiscated items for you. Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons, as it deems fit.

No. Livestreaming is not permitted. Unauthorised recording or broadcasting may result in removal.

Yes, if you’re not feeling well (we hope not!), trained medical personnel will be available on-site.

The venue is mostly wheelchair-friendly via barrier-free routes, except for certain areas with short staircases. If you require assistance, email hello@24owls.sg before the event. A wheelchair-accessible portable loo is available.
