I bought a VIP Bundle. Must my group arrive at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. VIP Bundle ticket holders must enter at the same time via 1 QR code ticketed.

Question 4

I bought a ticket for myself. May I join my friends at their sofa?

Accepted Answer

Yes, of course!

Are refunds allowed?

All sales are final. Refunds are not allowed.

Can I choose my sofa/table?

Accepted Answer

The organisers reserve the right to arrange the sofa/table plan. You will be informed of your sofa/table number when you arrive at at the club during registration.

Question 7

I got a VIP4 Bundle early on but now I would like to top-up for a VIP12 Bundle, is this possible?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, no. All sales are final as the QR code for entry would automatically be generated by the ticketing system upon payment. We recommend you purchase either 1) more single tickets, or 2) buy another package. We will try our best to seat both groups side-by-side if possible.
