When should I arrive to the concert?

We ask all performers to arrive 20 minutes before the concert starts for warm-up activities (unless stated otherwise by their teachers).

Kindly note that audience attendees may need to wait in the outside area until the concert hall is ready. Doors will open 10 minutes before the concert begins.

What should I do if I am late to the concert?

Please inform our Admin Team as soon as possible if any performers/audience attendees are going to be late.

Please also note that you will not be able to enter the venue immediately if there is a performance ongoing. Kindly wait to be assisted into the venue once the current performance has ended.

What is the dress code for audience attendees?

The dress code for audience attendees is smart casual (no shorts or flip flops please).

What is the dress code for performers?

Accepted Answer

The dress code for performers is smart casual (no shorts or flip flops please).  For further clarity, we suggest they discuss their concert attire with their teacher beforehand.

Is there parking on-site?

Parking is available at Capitol Singapore's 3-level underground carpark, at Basement 3, 5 and 6. The carpark entrance is located along Coleman Lane.

Is it ok to bring babies or toddlers to the concert?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is ok to bring babies and toddlers to the concert.

To minimize disruptions to the performers on stage, we ask parents/caregivers with babies/young children to sit nearer to the entrance door.

Question 7

Is it alright to leave the concert after my child has finished performing?

Accepted Answer

We kindly request that all performers and audience attendees to stay until the end of their concert session and remain seated when a student is on stage.  This is to show our support to the performers on stage and to minimize disruption to the concert.
