Late Seating Advisory

For the enjoyment of all audience members, the concert will start promptly at 4:00pm. Doors open 15 minutes before the start time. Late admission may only be permitted during a suitable pause.

Age Limit

Accepted Answer

No admission for infants-in-arms. Admission for audience aged 4 years and above is subject to valid tickets produced at the entrance.

Photography & Videography

Accepted Answer

Non-flash photography and videography is permitted. In consideration of other audience members, tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Accepted Answer

Tickets sold are non-refundable by default. However, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued to all ticket holders should the performance need to be cancelled. The Eventbrite fee may not be refundable.
