Do I need healing or dance experience?

This practice is not about 'performing' or having technical skills; it is about intentional movement and heart-led presence. Whether you are a seasoned or new mover the workshop is designed to meet you where you are. All you need is a curious heart and willingness to explore.

What should I bring?

Wear loose clothing - something you feel comfortable moving around in. Bring water and maybe a sweat towel (just in case)!

Can I attend more than one session?

Definitely! While each session covers the fundamentals, each workshop is a unique experience. We treat every gathering as a personal journey that evolves based on who is in the room. Attending multiple sessions allows you to integrate the practice more deeply and experience the different nuances.

Can I attend alone or do I need to bring a friend?

You can absolutely do both! Coming alone is a wonderful way to deeply drop into your own experience and meet new, like-minded people in a safely guided environment. If you prefer to share the journey with a friend or partner, they are more than welcome to join.

CBC is a movement practice that aims to provide emotional healing and self-reflection in our relationships, with ourselves and with others. As we move our bodies from the heart and connect from the heart, we also ground our nervous system back into presence and calm.
