# National Day Sing-Along Programme: VOIR x New Life Come join us for a joyful National Day Sing-Along Programme withVoices in the Rain Children’s Choir (VOIR) and New Life Community Services! This community event brings families, neighbours and friends together through music, movement and shared participation. In the spirit of National Day, we hope to create a warm and welcoming space where everyone can sing together, enjoy meaningful moments, and celebrate our shared sense of belonging as one community. Whether you love singing, want to enjoy music with your family, or simply wish to spend a cheerful afternoon with neighbours, you are warmly invited to join us. ## Event DetailsDate: 8 AugustTime: 2pm to 4pmVenue: Blk 457A Segar Road ## What to Expect Participants can look forward to a fun and heartwarming programme that includes:* Vocal warm-up* Body percussion sound-making* Bubble blowing competiton!* Community sing-along* Children choir song presentation by VOIR* Simple snacks (Rotiboy!)*Win Ya Kun vouchers and electric handheld fan via the competition!* Time to connect with families and neighbours This session is designed to be light-hearted, inclusive and suitable for families. No singing experience is needed — just come with an open heart and be ready to enjoy singing together! ## Why Singing Together? Singing is more than music. It can bring people closer, lift our mood, support emotional well-being, and create moments of joy across generations. Through this programme, we hope to encourage community singing and family singing, while building stronger bonds through shared songs, rhythm and participation.
