Where do we meet?

I would appreciate if we all meet 5 minutes before. We'll start at 5.00pm and meet at Coney Island West Entrance. I should be standing there waiting for people :) just come forward and say hello!

Is this forest therapy?

It can be, if that is what the experience means to you. I do not claim to facilitate forest therapy as that is not my training or intention. This is my own craft and passion, led by my heart and expertise. Our labels matter less than the experience you receive.

Question 3

Is this practice backed by science/evidence-based

Accepted Answer

Natural attunement aligns with forest therapy findings, where time spent in nature correlates with multiple health benefits, including an improved immune system, reduced stress hormone (cortisol), lower blood pressure, amongst many other long-term health benefits!

Question 4

I can walk in nature by myself. What makes this different?

Accepted Answer

I believe that something has already intrigued you. You bring your relationship with nature, and this practice brings you deeper. It is crafted with extensive knowledge and experience. We show up as collective strength, and critically, it is permission from yourself that your healing matters.

Question 5

How many people will be there?

Fair question! Group events can be intimidating, and I applaud your courage to show up. Max is 8 people. We'll practice social freedom. You are free to converse and share at your own pace, and we let go of the need to speak all the time - simply letting ourselves be authentically silent.

Question 6

Is this religious?

Accepted Answer

I come without religious leanings. However, you are free to integrate religion into your experience! I often discover that this experience brings forth conversations about the physical and spiritual realm, and that can exist with or outside your religion.

Question 7

What if it rains?

Accepted Answer

If it rains, we will listen to its call. I find that rain brings its lessons, and we'll  lean into them from a dry place :) If you want to dance in the rain, I'm sure the rain will only welcome you! If weather turns inclement, we will take shelter.
