When and where is IN-BETWEEN happening?

IN-BETWEEN will take place on 28 August to 30 August, 11AM to 7PM at New Bahru School Hall, Level 2, 46 & 58 Kim Yam Road, Singapore 239351.

Is IN-BETWEEN free of charge?

Accepted Answer

Entry to IN BETWEEN is ticketed. Each ticket is valid for single day admission and can be redeemed on 28, 29, or 30 August. Ticket holders will enjoy unlimited re entry on the selected day of redemption. Please note that Eventbrite ticketing fees apply.

Will tickets be available at the door?

Accepted Answer

Yes, tickets will be available at the door, subject to availability. The event organiser reserves the right to manage ticket sales and venue capacity. If the venue reaches full capacity, priority entry may be given to visitors who have purchased tickets online in advance.

Do children need a ticket?

Accepted Answer

Children under 6 years old do not require a ticket. In the event of high visitor traffic, prams may be parked outside the venue.

Question 5

Are refunds/ reschedule/ exchanges/ cancellations allowed?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, there is no refund, exchange, reschedule, or cancellation once tickets are sold.

Question 6

What are the restrictions and validity period for the tickets?

Accepted Answer

The ticket is only valid during the event period. It is not allowed to resell the tickets and the ticket is non-refundable after been used.

Question 7

Am I allowed to re-enter the event within the same day with the same ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you exit the venue and wish to re-enter on the same day, you may do so if there is no queue. However, if there is a queue, you will be asked to join the back of the queue.

Is there parking for visitors who are driving?

School Block Drop off & Factory Block Drop off. Parking is limited on site, with additional parking available within a 5 minute walk from New Bahru. For more details, please refer to the New Bahru website.
