What if it rains?

If weather conditions are unsuitable, we will change the venue to the nearby shelter canopy beside Jurong west library (see attached image). Updates will be sent 30min- 1h before session.

I’m a complete beginner. Can I join?

Yes. This session is designed to be accessible and beginner-friendly

Is this a high-intensity workout?

No. This is a gentle, mindful practice focused on stress relief rather than sweat.

Is there hands-on adjustment?

Primarily verbal guidance. Hands-on assistance will only be offered with consent.

What if I can’t make it after registering?
