25 &amp; 26 September - Damon BrownTrumpet &amp; JazzDamon Brown is a British trumpeter and composer whose work draws from the hard bop tradition, with a focus on original composition and improvisation. A Guildhall School of Music graduate, he has performed with Benny Golson, Dave Liebman, Claire Martin and other leading jazz artists, and has appeared at venues including Ronnie Scott's, the London Jazz Festival and Blue Note Japan. His work has also been recognised by the All-Party Parliamentary Jazz Awards, where he received the Best Live Jazz Group award as part of his ensemble.
