💡 What can you expect from this workshop?
Music can unlock the mind, soothe the body and open the heart. While we often hear of the power of music, it really is true. In this interactive talk, professional music therapists will be sharing on how music is used during music therapy in palliative care. They will be sharing real life stories and also engaging participants experientially in music. Music experiences include the use of music in rhythm and also in imagery. It is in the hope that participants will discover the wonders of music afresh and also learn to use music for their own comfort and care. Venue: Mountbatten Community Club, Function Room (Level 3)
🟢 Who should attend?
This session is open to all.
✨ About the facilitator
Ms Camellia Soon Camellia currently works as a senior music therapist at St Luke's Hospital.
