Will refreshments be provided?

Accepted Answer

There will be a short break for the children to drink water. There will not be any snack break. Please ensure that your child has eaten their lunch/snack (at least an hour prior) before coming for the class.

Question 2

Does my child need to have experience in yoga or have attended a movement & yoga session previously?

Accepted Answer

This is a class designed for children to experiment with different ways to build body awareness and cultivate mindfulness. No prior experience is needed. Just need your child's enthusiasm and curiosity!

Question 3

I am wondering if my child will be able to stay attentive for the entire duration of the class.

Accepted Answer

The class is designed to engage 4 to 9 year olds. We have planned the class with a variety of activities and practises to engage the children.

Question 4

Where is the exact location of the class?

Accepted Answer

It will be held in a studio in Hong Lim Complex (about 3 minutes from Chinatown MRT). Details will be provided upon your purchase of a ticket.

Question 5

Does my child need to bring his/her own yoga mat?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each child will need to bring their own yoga mat. Mats will not be provided.

Who are the teachers for this class?

Accepted Answer

Both Teachers Tammie and Karyn are certified kids yoga teachers. You may read more about them on IG @creativemovementyoga or FB Creative Movement & Yoga
