Question 1

My child is older than 8 years old. Can I bring him or her along to the event?

Accepted Answer

The programme has been designed for children aged 6 years and under. Children above 8 years old may not find the activities age appropriate and as engaging as for their younger siblings. You may wish to seek alternative caregiving options for the duration of the session.

Question 2

What if I am late for my booked session?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive at least 15mins earlier before your booked session to ensure a smooth entry. Families who are late for more than 15mins will be required to join the Walk-In queue and entry will be subjected to availability.

Question 3

Can I bring my child if he or she is feeling unwell on the event day?

Accepted Answer

If your child is feeling unwell, we encourage you to let them recuperate at home. This helps protect the health and well-being of other children, families, and our team, and allows everyone to enjoy the event in a safe and comfortable environment.

Question 4

I have more than 6 people attending, but the system only allows me to book 6 only tickets.

Accepted Answer

Kindly ensure that all participants are ticketed, including infant in arms. This is to ensure sufficient space and resources, and to maintain a safe environment for our children to explore and engage in their activities. Please make a separate booking for more than 6 participants.
