Question 1

Is this yoga class suitable for beginners?

Accepted Answer

Everyone is welcome! Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have a regular practice, you can join. No previous yoga experience is required.

Question 2

Where is the outdoor yoga class held?

Accepted Answer

Our outdoor yoga session will take place on the grass patch overlooking the lake platform at Bedok Reservoir Park.

The exact location pin will be shared once you’ve registered.

Question 3

What should I bring to yoga in the park?

Accepted Answer

Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable clothing and anything else you may need for an outdoor session. Since we’ll be practising on grass, we recommend bringing a mat that you’re comfortable using outdoors.

Question 4

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

If the weather is unsuitable for an outdoor yoga session, the session will be cancelled. Any updates will be communicated to registered participants 30 mins to 1 hour before class through WhatsApp and email.
