Jazz Loft Legacy Series presents Sinclair Ang & His Rhythmakers

In June 2022, the iconic Singapore music venue Blu Jaz reopened its live music program with the Jazz Loft, located on the 3rd floor of it’s premises at Bali Lane.The mission of this new space, is to showcase jazz, and improvisation, as an evolving art form, rather than a museum-piece, presenting those artists, both local and international, that are part of the forward motion, and artistic development of the music.

Our own Sultan of Swing Sinclair Ang presents his monthly celebration of swing music and dance, with live band and an open floor for dancers

Swing by for some early jazz with Sinclair Ang &amp; His Rhythmakers as they play swingin tunes for both dancers and listeners alike at Jazz Inc&#x27;s monthly social night, Wednesday Night Hop. Expect some guest singers and musicians sitting in along with the house band featuring:Sinclair Ang (vocals)Seth Tsui (trombone) Amanda Lee (piano)Liu Yonglun (guitar)Fabian Lee (bass)Asher Lee (drums)Doors open at 745pm for the class, and 845pm for the music. Live music sets start at 9pm, and whether you&#x27;re a dancer, a jazz lover, or a musician, you&#x27;re guaranteed a great time! If you&#x27;re keen to learn how to dance, there&#x27;s a taster class ($20 payable at the door) from 8-9pm before the band starts!
