Why is the event free of charge? Will there be any hidden charges during the event?

Accepted Answer

There will be NO additional charges / hidden fees at all! We worked with various vendors to ensure this is a fully sponsored event for swifties to gather on Taylor's birthday since this has never been done before!

Will food and drinks be provided?

Accepted Answer

Water will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own water and non-alcoholic drinks! Just be sure to dispose them properly. Food will NOT be provided. Alcohol is strictly NOT allowed at this event.

Question 3

What is the dress code?

Accepted Answer

You're encouraged to come dressed in your eras tour outfit, or an outfit inspired by Taylor Swift, or official merch! There'll be a grand prize for the best dressed!

Is there any age limit?

Accepted Answer

People of all ages are welcomed to attend, however we do recommend 7 years and older! Toddlers and very young children are not advised to join the event due to loud music being played! If they would like to join, please be advised to wear ear plugs for safety reasons.

Question 5

If I am not able to make it to the event, are tickets transferrable?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Tickets can be transferred 1-1 by simply sending your ticket to the attendee. However, selling or reselling of tickets are STRICTLY forbidden. We reserve the rights to void any tickets, and deny any entry to the venue.

Is the safety of attendees ensured at this event?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Safety is our top priority. We have security and ushers on standby to assist in crowd control and ensure that everyone enjoy themselves in a safe and controlled environment.

How many tickets can we get?

Accepted Answer

Each attendee is only allowed to reserve 1 ticket. This is to prevent any spams and bots, so every swiftie gets a fair chance to join our event! As this is a general admission ticket, if you'd like to invite your friends and family along, simply get them to secure their own tickets!

Question 9

Can I still show up to the event if I did not get tickets?

Accepted Answer

No! We do not allow walk-in entries to prevent overcrowding in the venue. However, we have a waitlist available once the tickets sell out. We will contact you if we have any extra tickets! We seek your kind understanding on this for the safety of all swifties :)
