Are tickets refundable?

No, all tickets sold are strictly non-refundable.

Question 2

What are the ticket options for sale?

Accepted Answer

There will be "Day 1" and "2 shows bundle" tickets on sale. "Day 1" tickets are for the Day 1(24 September 2024) show only. "2 shows bundle" tickets are for both Day 1 (24 September 2024) and Day 2 (25 September 2024) shows. The Day 2 show (25 September 2024) will not be sold separately.

Question 3

How many tickets are there for "Day 1" and "2 shows bundle"?

Accepted Answer

There are a limited number of tickets for each category. Once a category is sold out, you will only be able to buy the other category (e.g. If "Day 1" sells out, the only available category to purchase will be "2 shows bundle")

Question 4

Is the event on Day 1 (24th September 2024) a standing or seated event?

Accepted Answer

The venue is a seated one, but attendees are welcomed to stand at their seat and rock out!

Is the event on Day 2 (25th September 2024) a standing or seated event?

Accepted Answer

It is a standing event.

Question 6

Why did you not book Day 1 (24 September 2024) at a standing venue?

Accepted Answer

We tried! We truly believe that rock shows should be standing, but unfortunately, Singapore has a lack of mid-sized standing venues, and we tried our best to secure a standing venue that can fit everyone but was not able to. We still strive to put on a good show for fans!

How do I get to the venue on 24th September 2024

Gateway Theatre  is located at 3615 Jalan Bukit Merah, Singapore 159461. The closest train station is Redhill station. It is a 11 min walk or Bus 132 from Redhill Station (Stop ID: 10209) to Bukit Merah Interchange (Stop ID: 10009).

How do I get to the venue on 25th September 2024

Accepted Answer

*SCAPE The Ground Theatre is located at 2 Orchard Link, Singapore 237978. The closest train stations is Somerset station. It is a 3 minutes walk from Somerset station.

Question 9

Will there be a Day 3?

Accepted Answer

No. Due to the band's travelling schedule, it is not possible to have a Day 3. We urge you to grab your tickets to Day 1 or the 2 shows bundle!

Question 10

Why is Day 2 not sold separately?

Accepted Answer

The band wanted to make Day 2 special/intimate, hence the smaller venue. With the decreased capacity, we wanted to ensure longtime fans can get tickets to Day 2. If we sell Day 2 separately, there is an option for people to just buy Day 2 and fans who want to go for both shows may not be able to.

Can I resell my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Resale of tickets in excess of initial purchase price is strictly prohibited. DO NOT purchase from unauthorised sellers or 3rd party websites. No refunds will be made if validity of tickets can't be guaranteed.

Question 12

Can I select my own seats if I'm buying "Day 1" or "2 shows bundle" tickets?

Accepted Answer

No. The Eventbrite system will automatically assign seats to you and seats CANNOT be chosen, so you will be getting the best available seats at the time of your purchase. The Eventbrite system has been confiqured to sell tickets in the following sequence: 1. "Stalls" then 2. "Circle".

Question 13

I bought the "2 shows bundle" but only received 1 QR code? Do I use the same QR code for Day 2?

Accepted Answer

No. we will be issuing a Day 2 QR code to all purchasers of the "2 shows bundle" in due course. Due to the system limitation of Eventbrite, QR codes cannot be reused.
