In June 2022, the iconic Singapore music venue Blu Jaz reopened its live music program with the Jazz Loft, located on the 3rd floor of it’s premises at Bali Lane.The mission of this new space, is to showcase jazz, and improvisation, as an evolving art form, rather than a museum-piece, presenting those artists, both local and international, that are part of the forward motion, and artistic development of the music.

Swing by The Jazz Loft for a special edition of Jazz Inc's social night - Wednesday Night Hop with The Rhythmakers Trio, featuring veteran Rick Smith on guitar and one of the band's earliest members Arnold Amastra on bass, and Sinclair Ang on vocals and piano. This month's edition is a special vocal feature of some of Singapore's up and coming and established guest jazz vocalists. Enjoy the night of swingin tunes from the 1920s-1940s when jazz was popular music, whether you're a dancer, a jazz aficionado or a curious listener.If you do want to learn how to dance, we have a special Balboa taster class at 8pm before the band comes on at 9pm.$20 is payable at the door for the dance class!
