Description:

The Motchies: Understanding Depression was inspired by the author Tengku Puteri's own journey with depression. In this book, the character Dink experiences the different stages of depression. We follow him in his journey to understand its causes, symptoms, and recovery process. The book aims to give children, teenagers, young adults, and parents an insight into mental health issues. With hopes that those struggling are able to identify with the character and see themselves progress through the journey towards recovery as Dink does in this book.
