CARE4Uth is a CREST Youth programme for youths aged 12 to 25 and their parents or caregivers. It is a youth-focused community program developed by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), together with the Ministry of Health (MOH) which enables persons living with mental health to seek early treatment nearer to their homes and ensure that they are well supported in the community. How does the game work?

You will be guided through the game as you make decisions, solve problems, and embark on epic adventures together. The game emphasizes collaboration, so everyone contributes to the story and the outcome of your group’s journey.

What are the benefits of participating?

Playing D&D can help relieve stress, improve social skills, and build confidence. It’s also a creative outlet that allows you to express yourself in new ways while forming connections with others in the group.

Do I need to have prior experience with D&D to join?

No prior experience is necessary! Andrea will guide everyone through the process, making it accessible to both beginners and seasoned players.

What do I need to participate?

You’ll need a computer or tablet with internet access, a microphone, and optionally a webcam to fully engage with the group. All other materials, like character sheets and dice, will be provided digitally.

How long is each session?

Each D&D session typically lasts about 3 Hours, giving you plenty of time to immerse yourself in the story and enjoy the adventure.
