Disembarkation time

The yacht will set sail as per the scheduled time. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate guests who arrive late.

Booking Transfer

Kindly reach out to our sales department to request a transfer of your booking. Please note that the transfer is subject to approval, and your friend must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years. If you do not contact our team, we may be unable to permit your friend to board.

Bringing Food Onboard

Kindly note that a buffet and drinks will be provided onboard. We respectfully ask that you refrain from bringing outside food, as it is not permitted.

Pets

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed onboard.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking zone on board.

Bad Weather

In the event of unfavorable weather, the yacht will still sail. However, certain water activities may need to be limited or suspended for safety reasons.
