Themed Sessions

Breath Awakening explores a range of themes that resonate with real-life challenges and self-development areas, delving into issues such as stress relief, overcoming false belief patterns, and accessing creative insights. Each session may focus on different aspects like navigating masculine and feminine dynamics, cultivating emotional resilience, releasing limiting beliefs, stored and unprocessed emotions, or building self-compassion. These diverse themes allow you to address various dimensions of your inner world and life experiences, creating an enriching journey tailored to your growth.


Your Guides

Facilitaed by Candice, a Mind Trainer and Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Luke, a Trauma-Informed Breath Architect and Lifestyle Optimization Coach. Together, they integrate the principles of Owaken Breathwork, Relational Life Therapy, NLP, and Inner Child Integration Therapy, and Somatic Movement into the experience. The emphasis is not only on what happens on the mats but also on powerful integration practices that ensure transformation extends far beyond the session, guiding participants toward long-lasting personal evolution.


Integration of Insights and Life Coaching

Unlike other breathwork experiences, Breath Awakening incorporates life coaching techniques to help participants align insights gained in the session with meaningful life changes. Through guided reflection and actionable steps, participants are supported in integrating newfound awareness into their daily routines and relationships. Breath Awakening Helps You Access A Flow State.

RESET - RELEASE - REPROGRAM - RECONNECT

RESET: The focus is on addressing the initial struggle and resistance often encountered at the beginning of the flow state cycle. This phase involves harnessing the power of your breath to awaken your nervous system and release any lingering tension.

RELEASE: the objective shifts towards letting go of the barriers that inhibit flow. Here, the aim is to facilitate a deeper sense of ease and presence, allowing you to move beyond mental and emotional blocks. Bodywork practices, including toning and touchand somatic awareness, enhance this process by aligning physical sensations with emotional release.

REPROGRAM: In this phase, you enter the flow state, where the focus shifts to accessing deeper layers of your subconscious mind. Characterized by full immersion in the present moment, this state is free from distractions and mental or emotional barriers. Here hypnotherapy and mind training are integrated to help you uncover insights and create new neural pathways to accelerate transformative change.

RECONNECT: Here, you transition smoothly from the flow state back to a state of recovery and rejuvenation. This phase involves synchronizing your breath with the rhythmic beats of your heart, activating positive and regenerative emotions, and reinforcing a sense of connection with yourself. Integrating hypnosis and mind training enhances this process by guiding you to solidify new mental patterns, reconnect with your inner resources for change and healing, and reinforce emotional resilience.

Frequently asked questions

Who shouldn't attend?

This session involves dynamic breathwork that will elevate the heart rate. If you have pre-existing heart conditions, asthma, severe mental health concerns, are under strong psychological medication, or currently pregnant. Please seek medical attention before attending or email us.

What if I can't attend (Cancellation policy)?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the session start time to qualify for a refund or rescheduling. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, no refund will be provided. However, you may request to transfer your booking to a future session (subject to availability).
