Join us in this interactive session as we look at how our choices, combined with broader systemic issues, have made food more carbon intensive, and what actions we can adopt to make more sustainable decisions. Speaking at the event is Assoc Prof Alberto Salvo, environmental economist at the NUS Department of Economics, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. Assoc Prof Salvo presentation is titled "The carbon emissions content of your food choices: Did an NUS classroom intervention make a difference?" and will present his findings of an education intervention with NUS students based on data from food-delivery orders.
