谁适合参加此课程?

这项课程适合对于正念知识甚少或希望了解并体验正念的学员. 为了确保学员能更好地从这项课程中受益,我们建议学员:必须参加所有四堂课. 每日拨出至少15分钟做课程里所教导的正念练习

Trainer Profile:

颜莉莉老师从2015 年开始修习正念, 自2018 年起担任百仁中心正念导师, 教导正念基础课程。她结业于英国牛津正念中心为期 1 年的2021正念认知疗法 (MBCT-L) 双语教师培训课程。过后课程她获得了MBCT培训教师认证。2025年,她被牛津正念中心授予了教授 MBCT 的能力证书。颜老師谙熟双语, 能以英语和华语教授正念课程。

颜老師也是百仁中心的资深心理辅导师,她于 2011 年毕业于澳大利亚伊迪斯科文大学 (辅导与心理治疗) 硕士学位。她在拥有丰富的咨询经验,以正念为根基来辅导个案,特别是有焦虑和抑郁症状的来访者。

Lily Gan began practicing mindfulness in 2015 and has been a Mindfulness Teacher at Brahm Centre since 2018. She teaches the Mindfulness Foundation Course in English and Chinese. In 2022, Lily completed a one-year bilingual teacher training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT-L) by the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, UK, earning the MBCT Trained Teacher Certification. By 2025, she received the Certificate of Competence to teach MBCT from the same institution.

As a Senior Counsellor at Brahm Centre, Lily holds a Master of Social Science in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Edith Cowan University, Australia (2011). She integrates mindfulness as a core modality in her counselling practice, specializing in anxiety and depression management.
