In this transformative workshop, you have the opportunity to learn the basics and techniques of playing these exquisite instruments, but more importantly, you’ll be invited to explore the freedom of creating your own healing soundscape. As the soothing frequencies wash over you, feel the stress and tension melt away, leaving you refreshed, relaxed, and deeply connected to your inner peace.

Playing a sound healing instrument that you feel resonated to; whether is for yourself or others is a deeply gratifying self-care practice. You do not need to have any prior musical training or special talent: this is an intuitive practice open to all. As long as you stay curious, motivated, and allow yourself to be guided by positive intentions and the power of these healing frequencies, you can create something truly meaningful.

Note: You are not required to own Crystal Bowls to participate in this workshop. However, if you would like to bring your own set, please inform us in advance.

All are welcome, beginner friendly and no experience in sound or instrument required. Come with an open mind and heart and a keen sense to explore.

Participation is capped at 6 individuals to ensure all participants are given ample attention and to maintain an intimate and comfortable experience.

Minimum 4 to run.
