《Dr.乜都得》新加坡分享会

友联书局（Union Bookstore）创立于1952年，始终以推广华文文化与阅读为使命。多年来，我们积极与出版社、作者、学校及文化机构紧密合作，定期举办新书发布会、读者见面会、讲座及文化沙龙等活动。通过这些活动，我们不仅为读者提供与作者面对面交流的机会，也推动优质书籍与思想的传播，搭建起出版社、创作者与读者之间的桥梁。友联书局希望以书为媒，让文化在新加坡这片多元土地上不断生根与延展。Founded in 1952, Union Bookstore has dedicated itself to the promotion of Chinese culture and reading. Over the years, we have actively collaborated with publishers, authors, schools, and cultural organizations to host book launches, author meet-and-greet sessions, talks, and cultural salons.Through these events, we aim to create opportunities for readers to engage directly with writers, foster the exchange of ideas, and promote quality publications. Union Bookstore strives to use books as a medium to connect communities, allowing culture to take root and flourish in Singapore’s diverse society.

新的一年，从一场场有温度的对话开始。
一些值得坐下来听的事

生活不只发生在远方，
也藏在我们每天经过的楼梯间、
陪伴我们的毛孩、
无法说出口的情绪、
一件器物的来处，
以及一次次与失去对视的瞬间。

这个 1 月，
我们从「住的地方」谈起——
谈楼宇管理里，被忽略的专业与边界；
再走进毛孩沉默却急切的求救；
走进情绪的阴影，学会温柔理解；
在手术刀与切菜刀之间，读一段人生；
为被边缘化的瓷器，找回它的名字；
也在死亡的注视下，慢慢学会如何活。

活动预告｜《Dr.乜都得》新加坡分享会 在日常生活的缝隙里，每个人或多或少都曾与情绪拉扯，与思绪角力。但那些看似难以言说的心理状态，往往不必只以沉重方式面对。《Dr.乜都得》以一种不同于传统心理学方式，带领读者从轻松幽默的图像叙事中重新认识心灵世界。这部作品出自精神科医生黄章元与陈铭贵，两位长期在临床前线与人类心灵贴身工作，他们以日常所遇见的真实案例为蓝本，将复杂的情绪结构和心理现象转译成一幅幅生动的漫画。每一个故事既保留了专业视角的严谨，也注入了创作者的温度。幽默只是形式，背后所呈现的，依然是人类内心深处最真实的渴望、困惑与挣扎。每篇漫画的结尾皆附上一段由精神科权威撰写的心理解析，以简洁、清晰、贴近日常的方式回应大众对心理学的疑问，让读者在阅读乐趣之外，也能掌握一套科学而可信赖的心理健康基础。本次新加坡分享会，黄章元教授与大家分享，希望读者能以更开放、坦诚的态度看待心理健康，理解情绪并非软弱，而是每个人都需学习的生命课题。在这段探索心灵的旅程里，让我们暂时放下对“正常”与“异常”的苛刻定义，以更柔软的方式，重新认识自己与他人。 ________________________________________ 活动资讯分享者｜黄章元教授 日期｜18/1/2026（星期日） 时间｜2pm – 4pm 地点｜新加坡国家图书馆 5 楼（Imagination Room） 报名方式｜扫描海报二维码
