Description:
The ESSEC Business & Leadership Immersion Program for Youths offers high school

students a unique opportunity to gain practical skills and knowledge at a top-ranked

business school. Guided by academics and industry experts, participants will engage

in academic workshops covering business fundamentals such as marketing and

finance, along with an introduction to sustainability and artificial intelligence.


Participants will apply their learnings to real-world business scenarios, tackling a

project challenge from a global company in Singapore. With two successful editions

to date, the immersion program has welcomed high school students from around

the world. Staying true to ESSEC’s learning-by-doing pedagogy, participants had

tackled real-world challenges for renowned brands like Pizza Hut and AG1 (Athletic Greens).

Eligibility

High school students who are 16 to 18 years old (Grade 10-12).
No prior coding or business-related experiences are required.


Registration Guidelines

Register by 31 May 2025 via Eventbrite as an expression of interest, and our team will reach out to you to facilitate the registration process. Please prepare the following documents for submission in the meantime:

1. A copy of your Grade 10-12 high school transcripts

2. A short motivation letter detailing why you want to join the program (1 page max)

Is accommodation provided?

Accommodations are not provided on campus and participants are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements. When will applicants be notified about their registration outcome?

Registrants will be assessed within 1–2 weeks and notified of their final registration outcome by early June 2025 at the latest.

What is the registration fee for this program?

SGD 2,500 nett including meals, course fees, and activities. Accommodation is not provided. Register before 1 May 2025 to enjoy a 10% early bird discount.
