Course Content:
Flavor 1: Pretzel Bagel
• Combining the chew of a bagel with the golden, salty crust of a pretzel
• Topping with flaky salt, seeds, or cheese
• When to bake vs. boil for best texture

Flavor 2: Black Truffle Pretzel Bagel
• Infusing the dough with truffle
• Creating a savory, umami-rich truffle butter
• Balancing earthy flavors with mild bread base

Flavor 3: Pretzel with Honey Cheese Dip
• Making a soft, pillowy pretzel twist
• Whipping up a creamy honey cheese dip
• Pairing savory dough with sweet-salty dip for contrast
