Calling all busy monkey minds, restless souls, and anyone curious about the nature gems hidden in the far east of Singapore!
Give yourself the gift of a mindful pause and join me, Amelia, a certified Forest Therapy Guide, for an experiential journey into the nature spaces right in our Tampines estate.
During this session, you will:
✨ Discover the practice of forest bathing, its health benefits, and how it has inspired the art of Forest Therapy.
✨ Explore how the natural and urban worlds meet in our 'backyard'
✨ Be guided through invitations designed to help you slow down, awaken your senses, and foster a deeper connection with yourself and the more-than-human world around you.
✨ Join meaningful sharing circles to connect with me or like-minded participants through our observations and stories.
✨ End the experience with a calming tea ritual in the park.
This is an invitation for you to step away from the hustle and reconnect with the beauty of the natural world—right at our doorstep.
This is also an LGBTQ+ friendly space, welcoming everyone seeking a meaningful connection with nature and community. Come alone or with your loved one!
Meet Your Guide
Amelia (she/her) is your friendly next-door neighbour who loves nature, animals and most human beings. She is always curious about the world and enjoy seeking out new ways to live, love and be a little kinder with herself, and also with other beings and the world we live in. She is a social worker in a healthcare setting during the day, and this motivates her to explore different ways of self-care to better cope with stresses and life adversities. She is a certified Forest Therapy guide and Reiki master teacher who indulges in yoga and mindfulness practices when she is not distracted by Netflix or her two cats.
