  • Clara Chen

Co-founder, Singapore Deep-Tech Alliance

Clara Chen co-founded the Singapore Deep-Tech Alliance (SDTA) Group, a public-private partnership which comprises a pioneering Venture Builder and Investor of advanced manufacturing and healthcare startups and a Non-Profit on a mission to make innovation inclusive. Concurrently, she serves as a Digital Chapter Committee Member at the Singapore Institute of Directors where she contributes to the digital literacy of boards.


  • Terence Quek

CEO, Singapore Institute of Directors

Mr Terence Quek is the CEO of Singapore Institute of Directors. He spent 13 years with the Singapore Navy as a Naval Combat Officer before becoming an entrepreneur. He co-founded a strategic communications consultancy group which he led through a merger to form Emergenetics APAC, growing it regionally as its CEO before his planned exit. Mr Quek volunteers actively with numerous organisations in Singapore and overseas, including as District Councillor of both South East and South West Community Development Councils, member of the management committee of SAFRA and co-chair of the Alumni Advisory Council at Singapore Management University.

Filippo is an entrepreneur and tech executive. Prior to his current role as Senior Advisor for Namirial, a leading global Identity & Trust provider, most recently he has been building and scaling a variety of tech businesses for NTT DOCOMO of Japan, across multiple verticals and geographies.
