WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS OR ATTENDING THE EVENT.

By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending Graveyard Shift hosted by bucketcaleb, you, the ticket buyer ("Attendee"), agree to the following terms and conditions outlined in this Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement.

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

You acknowledge and understand that professional wrestling, including all activities related to Graveyard Shift, involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical injury, bodily harm, or even death, caused by contact with other participants, equipment, or accidents occurring within the event space or surrounding areas. You further acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with viewing live events, including but not limited to potential hazards from falling objects, sudden movements, or interactions with other attendees.

2. Assumption of Risk

By attending Graveyard Shift, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and presence at Graveyard Shift, whether those risks are known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable. You agree that you are solely responsible for your own safety and well-being duringGraveyard Shift, including your travel to and from the venue.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge bucketcaleb, its employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, partners, sponsors, and other participants from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with your attendance at Graveyard Shift. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims arising from personal injury, property damage, or death sustained during your participation in or attendance at Graveyard Shift.

4. Conduct and Behavior

You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and safe manner throughout Graveyard Shift. You further agree to comply with all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by Graveyard Shift organizers, staff, or security personnel. Failure to do so may result in your removal from Graveyard Shift without refund.

5. Use of Likeness

You grant Graveyard Shift and its affiliates the right to photograph, record, or otherwise capture your likeness or voice while you are in attendance at the Event, and you consent to the use of such images or recordings for promotional, marketing, or any other lawful purpose.

6. Medical Conditions

By attending Graveyard Shift, you confirm that you are in good health and do not have any medical conditions that would impair your ability to safely participate in or view Graveyard Shift. If you have concerns about your physical ability to attend Graveyard Shift, it is your responsibility to consult with a physician before doing so.

7. No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. In the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or other unforeseen circumstances, ticket refunds or exchanges will be subject to the Event organizer’s policies. Bucketcaleb and the team of Graveyard Shift reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual from the event at its discretion, without refund.

8. Governing Law

This Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
