About the Event

The ISAS India-Singapore Futures Forum will comprise a public session and a workshop that bring together Indian and Singaporean technology experts to explore and discuss the state and potential of technology cooperation between the two countries. Singapore’s strengths make it an essential partner for India as it digitalises further, and India’s pronounced advantages in scaling technologies for public good will benefit Singapore’s digital governance.

Discussions at the Forum will cover four critical areas – semiconductors, financial technology, space and artificial intelligence (AI). It will examine the current state of action on these four technology issues in Singapore and India, identify existing opportunities and provide a roadmap to boost cooperation through policies and initiatives.

The public session at the Forum will include a discussion of the current geopolitical context focusing on the pressures and developments driving India and Singapore to collaborate on critical and emerging technology issues before delving into potential opportunities in AI.
