This event is exclusively for Primary 4 to 6 students. Starting a new school year can feel overwhelming for children – new teachers, new friends, and unfamiliar subjects can spark anxiety. This 1-hour interactive mindfulness workshop is designed to help children navigate these changes with curiosity and confidence. Through fun engaging activities, students will learn simple techniques to calm their minds, stay present, and approach new experiences with openness.

Learning Objectives:

This workshop aims to guide participants to:

  • Embrace New Experiences with Curiosity – Shift from fear to excitement when facing new teachers, friends, and subjects.
  • Calm Anxious Feelings – Learn simple breathing and grounding techniques to stay calm and focused.
  • Boost Focus and Attention – Practice staying present to improve concentration.

Empower your child to start the school year with confidence, curiosity, and calm.
