How do I get tickets to watch the Regular Season?

You can get your tickets in this Eventbrite listing free. Do note that seats are limited.

Question 4

When are tickets released for each week of the Regular Season?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are released every Monday of the Regular Season week and will close one day before the event date at 23:59 hrs. (Example: 4 May and 5 May tickets will be released on 29 Apr at 00:00 hrs; and will end on 3 May and 4 May at 23:59 hrs respectively).

What time will the Arena doors open for seating?

Accepted Answer

Audience seating will begin at most 30 minutes before the start of each match (Example: If the match starts at 10:00 hrs, seats will open up from 09:30 hrs onwards).

What happens if I am late for the match?

Accepted Answer

If you are late for more than 30 minutes after the match start time, your ticket will be forfeited to allow any last minute walk-ins on site. (Example: If the match you are attending is for 10:00 hrs and you are not in the Arena by 10:30 hrs; your ticket will be released to allow any walk-ins)

Can I watch more than one match a day?

Accepted Answer

Yes you can. As long as you have a ticket for the match you wish to watch, you will be allowed into the venue. However, you will be required to exit the Arena after each match as the venue will be reset for  the next match.

Is there any available parking on site?

Accepted Answer

Parking is available in the building but there are limited spaces available.

Question 9

Can I bring food and drinks to the venue?

Accepted Answer

Food and drinks are not allowed in the Arena during the matches. You can consume your food and drinks outside before entering the studio.

Question 10

How do I get to Zenway Studios?

Accepted Answer

If you are travelling by MRT, the nearest MRT Stations are; CC10 Macpherson, DT26 Macpherson and DT27 Ubi stations; at which a 5-10 minute walk will get you to the studio. You can also get here via bus numbers 63, 63A, 63M and 137 which stops right outside the building.
