1. Tan Kok Guan
Kok Guan brings over 25 years of experience spanning engineering, recruitment consulting, and career coaching. Having worked with candidates, employers, and coaching clients, he leverages his expertise to empower individuals in navigating their unique career journeys. His coaching approach focuses on fostering self-discovery, building personal branding, and facilitating strategic career planning and development.
Kok Guan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from the National University of Singapore and is a Certified Career Practitioner (CCP) accredited by Workforce Singapore.
2. Ng Buck Seng
Buck Seng has 30 years of experience spanning agriculture research, market intelligence, civil aviation, consulting, ICT and career coaching, including 15 years with Hewlett-Packard.
As a Certified Career Practitioner and Career Advisor with NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates, he has coached Computing and Engineering undergraduates to become job-ready. He had also served as a Career Ambassador with Workforce Singapore, supporting diverse jobseekers. Buck Seng holds a Bachelor of Science (Biological Sciences) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Systems Analysis from NUS.
