About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

An artistic research project under the National Library Creative Residency, We Thought We Knew Collectively Where We Were Going explores the relationship between happiness and the prevailing economic system at different points in time. Diving into individual, family and social narratives about happiness, the project investigates how they influence the values and sense of happiness for people from three different generations.

In this session, creators Han Xuemei, Myra Loke and Tan Wei Ting share their discoveries of how different generations relate to happiness through a work-in-progress installation and a dialogue session.

  • This work-in-progress sharing is a free programme. The capacity is limited at 10 pax. Please register with consideration, and inform the organizer if you are unable to turn up a day before.
