About this event
Somnus Sleep Wellness is conducting 20-minute sleep screenings via teleconsultations to provide you with unique insights into the state of your sleep health.
Each screening package consists of:
- Scientifically validated questionnaires to assess different dimensions of your sleep wellness
- Risk assessment for common sleep disorders
- Computerised assessment of your alertness
Following the screening, all participants will receive an individual report with their results and personalized recommendations!

Screenings are by teleconsultation. A zoom link will be sent to you.
Please prepare a tape measure prior to the tele-consultation for the screening.
As we are not medical doctors, the results of your screening should not be taken as medical advice. If we suspect that you have a sleep disorder, we will recommend a referral to one of our clinical partners for further investigation.
