This Community Wednesday Hypnotherapy session is a safe, affordable entry point for women who:
- Are new to hypnotherapy and curious to experience it
- Are seeking emotional wellness support but may have limited access to resources or ongoing care
- Are ready to begin a journey—not just to receive, but to practice, reflect, and grow with the support of guidance and tools
Please note that
This is not a one-off “feel better fast” session. It’s a guided journey over 3–5 weeks, where you'll gradually shift your inner patterns, learn to self-regulate and create longer lasting emotional rewiring. You’ll gain practical tools, mental clarity, and emotional release techniques that you can integrate into daily life.
True transformation begins when something shifts within. We are our own healers, my role is to walk beside you, guide you inward, and hold you accountable.
What to Expect in Your First Session
Our first session will focus on case receiving and foundational learning. We’ll explore what’s not working, uncover patterns, and look at how your current emotional state is affecting your well-being.
You'll also gain essential knowledge on:
- How the subconscious mind works
- Why we get emotionally stuck (and how to flip out of it)
- How emotions impact the body and mind
- The basics of hypnotherapy and different healing levels
We’ll wrap the session with some gentle awareness practices and a short guided relaxation with suggestions.
**the first session involves more talking and learning, and less actual hypnosis time.
Subsequent sessions will then go deeper into various aspects of your life, from emotional blocks, recurring thoughts, physical symptoms, identity shifts, to relationships or past memories depending on your individual needs.
If you already have the resources to invest in full-price sessions, I warmly invite you to book a 2-hour standard private hypnotherapy session or a 4-hour Soulscape (which include timeline therapy & life-between-life regression) on other days. Your support directly sustains this community initiative.

❓ Can I skip the theory and just go straight into hypnosis?
Totally hear you, especially if you're a peer, a therapist, or someone who's done lots of inner work and just wants to dive straight into a pure hypnotherapy experience.
That said, every new client will start with a foundational first session that includes some talking, mind theory, and emotional awareness work. This is how I set the stage for deeper, safer, and more effective subconscious exploration. It’s not about “lecturing” or assuming you don’t know, it’s about aligning our understanding, so you can get the most out of the work we do together.
Think of it as syncing up our inner maps before going on the road trip.
Your openness to how different therapists explain or interpret the mind-body connection is always appreciated! Who knows, you might hear something framed in a way you hadn’t considered before. (I’ve had seasoned professionals say they were surprised by what resonated!)
If you're still keen on skipping all that and doing a quick, drop-in hypno session with no intros or setup, I might not be the right fit, or it might be better to wait until you've done the initial groundwork with me.
