ABOUT ME

Hi, I‘m Oi-Mei (Amy). I’m a Singapore-based NGH & IMDHA Certified Hypnotherapist, EKAA Certified Clinical Integrated Hypnotherapist, Childbirth Educator specializing in HypnoBirthing®️ (The Morgan Method), and a Women Empowerment & Pre+Postnatal Coach.

I specialize in working with women and mothers to help them navigate the complexities of womanhood, motherhood, and emotional well-being. Through hypnotherapy, my clients have been able to resolve various behavioral and emotional issues or alleviate physical symptoms by addressing their root causes.

As a Changeworker and an Emotional Well-being Advocate, my goal is to guide women toward clarity, self-empowerment, and alignment in different areas of life, whether it‘s overcoming personal struggles, preparing for childbirth, or embracing the transformative journey of motherhood.

HOW LONG WILL THE THERAPY LAST?
Each session takes around 1.5 hours, and depending on progress, 4–5 sessions are recommended.
