About this event

  • Event lasts 2 days 6 hours

Wayfinder was started at the Stanford d.school using the latest child and adolescent research from Dr. Bill Damon, and other leaders in the field. Everything we create is evidence-based, research-backed, and rooted in human-centered design.

Through this 3-day Wayfinder bootcamp, we seek to empower youth with the skills and mindset to navigate their personal and professional futures with confidence and purpose. Through activities, workshops and mentorships, participants will develop essential life skills, foster a sense of community, and unlock their potential to become proactive, innovative leaders in their respective paths.

Following the bootcamp, participants can expect to:

  • Gain an understanding of what matters to them
  • Know their strengths and how they can use them in their life
  • Know what brings them joy and how to create that in their life
  • Have confidence in their ability to make a positive contribution in their community and the world
